The construction of the carousel enables circular motion of the screen and pallet. This enables simultaneous printing of one to four (six) colors at various stations. Special locks ensure easy seating of the screen in the printing position and precise register. The screen holder enables to fix the screen 30-40 mm thick, and to align the pallet with the screen for register in both directions. The machine also enables the operator to adjust the detachment and the height of the screen. The carousel is constructed in such a way that it is stable, without unnecessary give and elasticity of material; it is relatively light and compact for easy relocation in order to save space in the workplace. The simple, welded construction of the machine enables a very favorable purchase price while offering the printing of repeat and per-piece jobs with precise register and minimum maintenance. The carousel comes with a set of plywood pallets with holders for gripping. It is possible to order additional, individual pallet holders, sandwich pallets from dural material, and pallets of various shapes and sizes. The carousel's parts are powder-finished and galvanized.
